MILLOM Library is holding a multi-agency drop-in session for all carers this week.
On Friday between 1pm and 3pm there is an opportunity to meet representatives from different organisations and agencies in the area.
People can find out more about the support, options, advice and information available for anyone who is looking after relatives, neighbours or friends or who might have any related concerns or queries.
Representatives from the Alzheimer's Society, West Cumbria Carers, Cumbria Volunteer Service, Millom Hospital, Millom Home Care, Reablement, Age UK, Mind and others are expected to attend.
