Furness Magistrates' Court OLIVER BRZEZINSKI
A 48-YEAR-OLD is due to appear for trial in crown court after denying charges of sexual touching and perverting the course of justice.
Robert Hughson, of Trinity Road, Millom appeared at Furness Magistrates' Court on September 13 where he had his case referred to Preston Crown Court.
Hughson is alleged to have sexually touched a woman over 16 without consent on September 9, 2016 and conspired to produce a false police statement between September 18 and 23, 2016.
His trial has been scheduled for October 13.
