FREE draught-proofing is on offer to Copeland homeowners.
Using funding from the Ebico Trust and Global Action Plan, as well as the Copeland Community Fund, Cumbria Action for Sustainability is offering free draught-proofing to eligible residents.
A total of 20 households will receive the free service, following a visit from one of the charity's energy champions who will also be able to arrange for a free lightbulb switching service to eligible homeowners in the Copeland area.
The free draught-proofing is available to homeowners aged 60 or over who are on a low income, aged under 60 and on means-tested benefits, or where a member of the household has a disability or a long-term health problem such as asthma.
