A MAN is accused of stealing £1,000 in £10 notes from a property in Millom.
Christopher David Peter Derbyshire, of Hollin Bridge Street, Blackburn, is accused of burglary dwelling and theft with no violence. It is alleged that on March 21 in Millom he entered as a trespasser an office or study on Duke Street, and stole a wad of £10 notes.
Derbyshire, 33, will appear before Preston Crown Court today.
