A CASUALTY had to be treated for burns to their feet after a fire in Millom.
Crews from Millom and Broughton were called to Market Street on Saturday at 7.45am after reports of a building fire.
Two firefighters wearing breathing apparatus took a hose reel jet and thermal imaging camera to the affected room.
A further two firefighters wearing breathing apparatus went into the roof cavity and used one hose reel to extinguish the fire.
The ambulance service treated one casualty for burns.
Crews were at the scene for two hours.
