A MAN is due to appear in court accused of a string of driving offences.
Ciaran Michael Light, 22, is charged with driving dangerously on the A595 between Silecroft and Holmrook on December 14 last year in a Citroen Picasso.
Light, of Parton, in Whitehaven, is due to appear at South Cumbria Magistrates' Court in Barrow tomorrow (28).
He is also accused of driving without insurance or a licence and using a passenger vehicle with tyres with insufficient treat of less than 1.6mm.
Light also faces one charge of having a modelling knife in public.
