Man bailed after Bowness nightclub door staff injured

A MAN has been arrested and bailed, after door staff at a Cumbria nightclub were injured.

A man was ejected from The Wheelhouse Club in Glebe Road, Bowness-on-Windermere, in the early hours of Sunday March 2, and two door supervisors, a 36-year-old woman and a 34-year-old man, allegedly suffered minor injuries during the altercation.

A 24-year-old man from Lancashire was arrested in connection with the incident. He has been bailed until April 12.

Witnesses to the altercation should contact PC Nelson of Windermere Police on 101.
