A ROAD has reopened after it was closed most of the day after a car crash.
Police were called to Wrynose Pass, Little Langdale, near Ambleside at 11.42am after reports of a collision.
It is understood that a single vehicle crashed.
The road between Fell Foot and Cockley Beck has only recently reopened.
The condition of the motorist involved in the incident is not yet known.
