A POWER cut which affected almost 800 homes is still believed to have left some South Cumbria residents without electricity.
Electricity North West have confirmed that there was a "high voltage fault" in the Coniston and Hawkshead area last night affecting 766 properties.
Engineers are on site and attempting to repair the fault. According to Electricity North West's live power cut, the fault is still affecting electricity supplies.
