A MOUNTAIN rescue team carried a dog with sore paws down a Lake District mountain.
Wasdale Mountain Rescue Team was called out last night to help rescue a dog with sore paws from Scafell Pike. The owners got it most of the way down then team members carried it the rest of the way in a rucksack.
