A MAN is to appear in court charged with using an unlicensed fishing rod and line.
Marcin Peciak, of Lady Holme Walk, Windermere, will appear at Kendal Magistrates Court on Tuesday May 30.
The 40-year-old is alleged to have fished for fresh water fish or eels using an unlicensed rod and line.
The incident happened on January 17 earlier this year on Lake Windermere, where fishing is regulated.
