Rush hour traffic congestion focus on tail brake light traffic and travel
TRAFFIC is reportedly running very slowly, with cars tailing back for miles.
Motorists have reported very slow-moving traffic on the A590 near Levens in the east-bound lane.
Cars are queuing for two miles according to one eyewitness.
