A YOUNG girl was airlifted to hospital after falling at her home in South Cumbria.
The Great North Air Ambulance Service (GNAAS) was called to Grasmere at 4.04pm on Saturday after a five-year-old girl fell from height at home and suffered serious head injuries.
The patient was then flown to James Cook University Hospital in Middlesbrough within 29 minutes, where she arrived in a stable condition.
