FELL ponies, Herdwick sheep and Cumberland and Westmorland Wrestling will be among the attractions at a fair next month.
Lakeland Country Fair takes place on Sunday August 20. The event is held at Torver, overlooked by Coniston Old Man.
The day also features shows of terriers, lurchers, whippets, fox hounds and family dogs.
Junior and senior fell runners will be taking on the challenge of the race to the summit of Coniston Old Man and back again.
Young Farmers will stage a tug of war, there will be a horn blowing competition; have-a-go archery and activities for children.
There will also be homemade refreshments, a licensed bar and a barbecue.
The event starts at noon and parking is free.
