A MAN is due to go on trial after pleading not guilty to trespassing in a woman’s home before sexually assaulting her.
Jake William Sanders denies one charge of trespass with intent to commit a sexual offence and one of sexual touching without consent.
The 23-year-old, of Victoria Road North, Windermere, is accused of committing the offences in Bowness on Saturday July 1.
He pleaded not guilty at Carlisle Crown Court today and a trial has been scheduled to take place at the same court on November 27.
