A JEWELLER has come back to her roots and opened her first shop in Cumbria.
Danielle Draper has opened a store in Bowness, her fourth independent boutique.
She was educated in Cumbria, at Windermere St Anne's School, which is now Windermere School, and is delighted to be back in the area.
Her designs have won celebrity support with model Kate Moss, singer Ed Sheeran and actress Chloë Moretz, rumoured to be dating David Beckham's son Brooklyn, all having worn her designs.
A spokesman for Miss Draper said: "A growing British family business, manufacturing all their jewellery in the UK at a time when 95 per cent of all jewellery sold here is imported, not only is Daniella supporting the British economy, but she is making timeless collections designed to be worn with love and a personal touch."
The store in Bowness features a white, clean interior, similar to her other stores in Cleethorpes, Lincloln and Beverley.
The spokesman added: "As Windermere is the perfect setting for romance, she will hold a special collection of engagement rings in store for that special moment.
"The Bowness store opens at the middle of March so Daniella, alongside her sister Holly, who is also the face of the brand, will be in store from the beginning to meet locals and build relationships in a town that is so close to their hearts."
