Ice warning for Cumbria

A WEATHER warning has been issued for Cumbria.
A yellow weather warning for ice has been issued by the Met Office for North West England.
Parts of Cumbria are experiencing wet conditions, with some snow, this afternoon into this evening. With temperatures set to dip as low as minus two, a weather warning has been put in place from midnight until 9am tomorrow.
Conditions are particularly bad on the A66, however police have assured motorists that the road is opened.
