Stolen van involved in crash in South Cumbria
POLICE are investigating after a stolen van was involved in a crash in South Cumbria.
The two-vehicle collision happened on the B5277 between Meathop and Lindale at around 7pm on Saturday night.
The male driver of a white Vauxhall van drove away from the scene without stopping. Police later discovered the van had been stolen from Cartmel.
Anyone with information is asked to ring police on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
