A GRANGE dog owner will appear in court via video link accused of being in charge of an out of control animal and attempted theft.
Wayne Anthony Woodburn, 45, of Yewbarrow, is accused of two counts of being in charge of a dog dangerously out of control causing injury, and one count of attempted theft from a vehicle.
It was alleged that on August 18 and October 10 in Grange Woodburn was in charge of a Staffordshire Bull Terrier which injured a woman.
He is also accused of trying to steal tools from a car on October 12.
Woodburn was remanded in custody following a previous hearing on October 14. He has not yet entered a plea.
