FIREFIGHTERS were called to a South Cumbria restaurant after a fire broke out in the development kitchen.
A fire crew was called to the Aulis development kitchen next door to the l'Enclume restaurant in Cavendish Street, Cartmel, just before 7.30am on Sunday to reports of a fire.
Two firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used a hose reel jet to put out the fire and a high pressure fan to clear the smoke.
