Furness Coastguard
EMERGENCY teams were called out today to rescue a man and a dog stuck in mud in South Cumbria.
HM Coastguard received a call at 2.50pm reporting that a man and dog were stuck in mud at Grange.
Arnside and South Lakes Costguard, Furness Coastguard and Bay Search and Rescue Team were called out to assist.
HM Coastguard said the man and dog got out of the mud themselves before the teams arrived.
