An emotional Davina crossed the finish at the Tate Modern in London today, after running, swimming and cycling her way to the capital for Sport Relief.

The 46-year-old was carried out of Windermere on Monday after completing a 1.5 mile swim, despite having a fear of open water.

The TV star has so far raised over £760,000 for charity.
