A WARRANT has been issued after a suspected underage Furness drinker failed to attend court to answer charges of being drunk and disorderly and assaulting a police officer.
The 15-year-old, who cannot be named for legal reasons, had been due to appear at South Cumbria Youth Court on Friday September 29.
The alleged drunk and disorderly incident is said to have taken place in Ford Park Crescent in Ulverston on Saturday May 27, and the alleged assault in Barrow on the same date.
