A CRASH caused disruption for motorists on the A590 near to Lindal.
Police were alerted to an road traffic collision involved two cars around noon today.
The collision is understood to have happened close to Melton Terrace and the turnoff for the entrance to South Lakes Safari Zoo, between the first Dalton roundabout and Lindal.
Both cars have been cleared from the road, and according to police there were no significant injuries to the drivers.
