Dog case: Furness Magistrates' Court
A MAN is due to go on trial accused of causing unnecessary suffering to a Patterdale terrier.
Shaun Cedric Hine, of Ann Street in Dalton, is accused of kicking the dog and banging it against a wall on March 23 of this year.
The 51-year-old is due to go on trial at Furness Magistrates' Court tomorrow.
