POLICE are appealing for information after a man was hit by a car in Dalton that failed to stop.
A 59-year-old man was walking home from Dalton town centre between 11pm on November 20 and 00.25 on November 21 when he was hit by a car that failed to stop.
The incident occurred on the junction of Greystone Lane and Holly Gate Road.
The male received minor injuries and was taken to Furness General Hospital for treatment.
Cumbria Police are urging the driver of the vehicle to contact them as soon as possible.
