A MAN was taken to hospital after being involved in a car crash on a roundabout.
A 61-year-old man from Coniston was taken to hospital with minor injuries after the black Peugeot 107 he was driving was in a collision with a blue Ford Fiesta driven by a 70-year-old man from Ulverston.
The incident happened shortly after 12pm on Thursday as both vehicles exited Elliscales roundabout at the junction of the A590 and A595.
Any witnesses to the incident are asked to contact Barrow Police on 101 or to ring Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
