A SPECTACULAR two days of fundraising in Dalton came to a close last night as Lake District Farmers celebrated its first of two celebrity chef weekends.
Crowds once again packed out the Clarence House Country Hotel, eager to see what Michelin-starred chef Angela Hartnett would bring to the table.
Each year the event held in Dalton but also now in Barrow is a sell out, with the money raised going towards funding the work carried out by the Lake District Farmers Armstrong Family Charitable Fund.
The next celebrity chef event will take place on the weekend of February 16-17 at the Abbey House Hotel in Barrow.
