BOSSES at South Lakes Safari Zoo in Dalton have unveiled this year's 'free entry' offer.
Starting from Saturday October 22, entry for adults and children will be free at Dalton zoo, as long as adults each purchase a £6 events wristband, entitling them to take part in giraffe and lemur feeding, and a ride on the road train and steam train.
Tickets are normally £16.50 for adults and £9 for children. Normal prices will be reintroduced from February 28.
The zoo is open from 10am until 5pm during half term and until 4.30pm during the Winter.
The zoo has historically introduced a 'free entry' offer during the Winter months, when visitor numbers drop due to the colder weather.
