Hearing: Furness Magistrates' Court, Barrow
A TRIAL is due to take place to determine whether a Dalton man is guilty of assaulting a woman by beating her.
Christopher Paul Walsh is accused of committing the offence in Dalton on August 19.
The 29-year-old, of Queen Street, Dalton, pleaded not guilty to the charge during a hearing at Furness and District Magistrates' Court on August 30.
His trial will take place at the same court on Tuesday morning.
