Furness Magistrates Court in Barrow JON GRANGER
A 33-year-old man accused of two counts of assault and criminal damage has denied the charges.
Mark Johnson, of Stafford Street, Barrow, is accused of two counts of assaulting Helen Murphy and Gary Lee Musgrove on or about December 30 last year in Dalton.
Johnson is also alleged to have caused criminal damage to a plasma globe ornament to the value of under £5,000 to property on or about the same date.
He will now stand trial at a date yet to be set.
