Could a Barrow woman have caught a picture of a UFO?

A BARROW woman has spoken of her surprise after photographing a sunset and discovering what looks like a UFO on the image.

EM UFO? over Blake Street, Barrow
The picture taken by Jenny Hill in Blake street, Barrow.

Jenny Hill, 37, from Barrow, took a picture of the sunset in Blake Street at around 4pm yesterday.

It was only once she uploaded the picture onto the Barrow-in-Furness in Old Photos Facebook group that she realised the picture looked as if something spooky was hovering in the sky.

She said: “I didn’t realise when I was uploading the picture that it had this strange thing.

“Lots of people have commented on it. I’m very curious about it.

“There definitely wasn’t anything in the sky when I took the photo.

“What I captured, I didn’t expect.”

Have your say

I think the first comment is right. The lamp cannot be because, as you can see, the photo is taken from the sidewalk.
