Bay Search and Rescue are asking people in Cumbria to use emergency services sensibly

BAY Search and Rescue are again ready to support the community this winter and are asking people in Cumbria to use emergency services sensibly.

They say that every year they support police, fire and ambulance and now cover a larger area than ever before, including Flookburgh, Grange and Cartmel and surrounding area, Levens, Milnthorpe, Arnside, Beetham, Holme, Burton, Silverdale, Carnforth, Bolton Le sands and beyond.

A spokesperson said: “Please use your emergency services sensibly this winter, and we will support them and you when ever and where ever we can.

“We wish you a safe and enjoyable winter.”
