Popular pub burgled again

A POPULAR Barrow pub has been burgled for the second time in six weeks.
Thieves smashed their way into the Last Orders Inn and stole cash from the fruit machines and 80 packs of cigarettes, worth £480.
The Rawlinson Street hostelry was hit back in July when raiders escaped with £1,500 from the gaming machines, took the tips and broke into the safe.
This time the culprits forced a back window and the break-in was once again discovered by the cleaner just after 9am on Tuesday.
Police are appealing for witnesses and ask if anyone is offered cheap cigarettes for sale, or saw anyone acting suspiciously in the area, to get in touch.
If you can help call officers on 0845 330 0247.
