A YOUTH accused of dealing heroin and crack cocaine has had his case adjourned.
The 17-year-old, who cannot be named for legal reasons, appeared at Furness Magistrates' Court on September 15, charged with two counts of possession with intent to supply Class A drugs and one charge of possessing criminal property.
It is alleged that all crimes took place on August 16, in Park Road, Barrow.
The case was adjourned until October 13 for a review by the Crown Prosecution Service and the youth was remanded on bail until then.
