AN alleged drug driver is wanted by police after failing to appear for a hearing in court.
William Bowman, 30, of Church Broughton Caravan Site, Derby, was meant to appear at Furness Magistrates' Court on Tuesday on one charge of drug driving.
Bowman is accused of driving a vehicle with a proportion of a specified controlled drug above the specified limit.
The charge related to an alleged incident on April 14 where it is alleged Bowman drove on the A5087 under the influence of cannabis.
A warrant has since been issued for his arrest.
