APPEARANCE Furness Magistrates Court in Barrow
A 23-YEAR-OLD Walney man is due to appear before magistrates accused of drink-driving.
Nathan Leslie Barker, of Dover Street, is expected at Furness Magistrates' Court tomorrow.
It is alleged that on August 15 Barker drove a BMW M135i in Dalkeith Street while under the influence of alcohol.
It is alleged he was breathalysed and was found to have 51 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35.
