A 63-YEAR-OLD has admitted breaching the conditions of a restraining order imposed on him by Furness magistrates.
Alexander Hale, of Castle View, Walney appeared at Furness Magistrates' Court on September 20 where he pleaded guilty to to contacting Angela Trelore on September 13, breaching the order imposed on him in August 2017.
Hale was given a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20.
He must also pay £85 in court costs.
