Court: James Howard Chattaway denies dangerous driving
A 28-YEAR-OLD who denies dangerous driving is set to appear in crown court.
James Howard Chattaway, of Priory Road, Ulverston, appeared at Furness Magistrates' Court on Wednesday, when he denied the offence.
It is alleged Chattaway drove a VW Golf dangerously on the A590 and on the A595 in Askam on March 10 this year.
Chattaway pleaded not guilty and elected for trial by jury.
He is scheduled to appear on trial at Preston Crown Court on Friday, August 25.
