A SERIES of power cuts are set to hit homes across South Cumbria.
Electricity North West is carrying out maintenance works across the region and has warned homeowners to expect power cuts over the next week.
On Friday November 18, properties in the Hawcoat area of Barrow, parts of Walney and Romney Park in Dalton will be affected. Electricity North West said the work would be completed by 4pm.

On Monday November 21, homes in Broughton and Newby Bridge will experience power cuts.
On Tuesday November 22, homes in Satterthwaite and Whitbeck will be affected.
