Barrow fire station
TWO people were taken to hospital this evening following a road traffic collision in Barrow.
The two vehicle crash happened in Friars Lane and emergency services were alerted at around 6.45pm.
Cumbria Fire and Rescue Service were called to assist paramedics at the scene. The firefighters helped to get the people out of one of the cars before they were transported to Furness General Hospital.
