TWO men were punched to the ground and kicked during a serious assault outside a Barrow pub.
The incident took place outside the Barrow Arms in Cavendish Street at approximately 11.45pm on Tuesday July 12.
Police say two men, who were with a woman, were punched to the ground and then kicked while on the ground during the assault.
Both men sustained injuries to the face and body.
Two local men, aged 20 and 26, have been arrested on suspicion of assault and are on police bail until the end of August.
Police want anybody who saw the incident or who has information to contact them on 101, asking to speak to DC Ritchie.
