A TRIAL will be held to determine whether a man is guilty of assault.
Cian James Grace appeared at Furness Magistrates' Court on Tuesday, where he pleaded not guilty to a charge of assault by beating. The offence is alleged to have taken place on December 4 in Barrow.
Grace will stand trial at the same court on Monday August 7. The 23-year-old, of Fair View, Marton, is on unconditional bail.
