A 20-YEAR-OLD is to appear in court after his dog allegedly bit three people.
Luke Woodburn, of Salthouse Road, Barrow, denies three counts of owning a dog which was dangerously out of control and causing injury.
His Staffordshire bull terrier and English bull terrier cross allegedly bit Seth Worthington, Chloe Cleasby and Andrew Pedley in Barrow on November 3.
Woodburn appeared at South Cumbria Magistrates' Court in Barrow on February 2 and will return to the court on February 9 for trial.
He was granted unconditional bail until that date.
