Entries are still open for this year's charity cycle but close tomorrow (September 7)

What is it? An event made up of four different races for all ages and riding abilities.

Your options are five miles for beginners and novices, 13 for family groups and leisure, 23 for the in-between riders or 50 miles for cycling enthusiasts.

Who can ride? Anyone over the age of 10 with a bike in roadworthy condition but under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.

How much does it cost? U16s free and £20 for everyone else.

What are the charity options? St Mary's Hospice and the Bay Hospitals Bayb appeal are the main recipients but you can also donate to your own charities.
