SUPERMARKET chiefs are asking for permission to revamp their signs and introduce a host of new ones.
Asda in Walney Road, Barrow, has lodged plans with Barrow Borough Council for the work.
It would involve the introduction of 12 news signs, some of which are replacements.
The signage relates to the petrol station, store sign at the roadside, and some signage on the main store building.
The supermarket used to operate 24 hours a day but now opens on a reduced schedule.
