THE 14th British Heart Foundation Barrow/Walney Walk takes place on Sunday September 27, 2015.
Participants can choose between a five- and 12-mile route, starting from the Dock Museum at 11.15am, and are encouraged to raise sponsorship.
The walk is free if registration is done in advance, or £10 to sign up on the day. Children go free either way.

Funds will go towards the charity’s Mending Broken Hearts Appeal, which raises money for research into cardiovascular regenerative medicine.
