A NUMBER of road closures will be in place for two weeks while a section of a main road in Barrow is resurfaced.
From March 6, part of Roose Road between Frederick Street and St Luke's Street is set to be resurfaced by engineers working on behalf of Cumbria County Council.
As a result, the junctions of a number of roads which lead on to Roose Road will be closed to allow traffic to be managed through the roadworks.
Small sections of Frederick Street, Risedale Road, St Luke's Street and St Luke's Avenue will be closed, where they meet Roose Road, for up to two weeks.
Diversions will be in place and signposted.
