Sat nav thefts investigated in Barrow

Police are investigating the theft of Garmin sat nav devices in Barrow.

A black-coloured sat nav and charger was stolen from a white Vauxhall Vivaro was parked at the end of St Andrews Street in Barrow.

This incident happened between 12pm on Friday and 7.45am on Saturday. The offside quarter light was smashed on the vehicle. The valued of the item is £300. The crime log is incident 77 of March 18.

A Garmin sat nav, a taxi meter and loose change were stolen from a blue Peugeot 406 taxi that was parked at the rear of Harrison Street, Barrow in Furness. This incident happened overnight from 9pm on Friday to 8am on Saturday.

The crime reference for this incident is SF1701057.
