A MAJOR road in Barrow has been re-opened, having been cordoned off after a woman fell off a roof.
Cumbria Police have confirmed that they were called to an incident in Greengate Street just after 6.30pm yesterday after receiving reports of a female falling from the roof of a property in Greengate Street .
Motorists were greeted with blue flashing lights as officers redirected them away from the scene where several police vans were in attendance.
The 39-year-old was taken to Furness General Hospital but her condition is not known at this time.
Cumbria Police have no further information available at this time.
